Hello, Vista Shops is only the Fulfillment Center we do not handle the customer service issues, the customer has to go thought the original seller to resolve the inquiry. To try and help this customer with the band issue, the customer can send an email to **@vistashops.com, we will get the issue resolve and send new bands once the customer sends the email. Again, we will help this time, Vista Shops doesn't not handle any of customer service issue, as we're only a fulfillment center. Email again **@vistashops.com

Hello, ******* J ******* need to contact the actual seller, Vista Shops was the fulfillment for the product, ******* J ******* did not purchase the product directly from vista Shops, please remove this complain from Vista Shops and advise the customer to provide the sellers correct information.

I haven't received my product. I ordered a graduation blanket from vistastars on may 3rd it is now may 18th I have sent to 2 emails and no response. My daughter graduates may 29th I want my product or a refund. My order #VS3585 very upset I have limited money as it is had I known I would have this problem I would have never spent money with them.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I'm so sorry I typed in Vista star's to file a complaint with BBB and this was the location it sent me to. So might want to look into that being Vista is attached to your name also.

Product was inferior. Requested RA and shipping label was provided (THAT I HAS TI PAY FOR). It was "returned to sender" with a note that it was reject Order# XXXXXXXX. Order date 8/15/2019. Return date 9/6/19. Reject date 9/21. Item XXXXXXXXXXXX whirlwind Cool Blade-less Mini fan. I would like a credit to my original payment method. The fan did not work and packaging was very damaged. This is the worst company I have ever done online business with. Luckily it was only $20. I will stick with Amazon. Thanks.

I submitted an order on July 11,2019 through the Today show (Jills steals and Deals. It was for a *******************************. I ordered a ************************************************************ remote and accessories-Black through the TODAY SHOW - ******************** (order#XXXXXX) I to date have not received this product. Tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX *** Vista Shop does not list a phone # and when I called ***, they do not recognize the tracking # as it was a # that Vista Print gave with original order. I don't know who to contact next??

At this point I would like a refund. I do not trust a company that I cannot get ahold of and further more I can't even track the product.

The order is showing as delivered on 8/8/2019 the package was delayed due to wrong address. The correct tracking # is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for **** here is the link ************************************************************************* The support contact information was given with the order when it was placed. We have not received any support or inquiry beside this one.

Purchased a waterproof camera that looks like a toy. As soon as I received it Saturday April 6th I tried to return it but there was not phone number Purchased a waterproof camera that looks like a toy. As soon as I received it Saturday April 6th I tried to return it but there was not phone number there was a website **@vistashops.com instead on the packing sheet that instructed in writing to visit Monday through Friday for complaints. There is no information on the site to put in a request for a refund and the website states if you try to return without giving notification your purchase will be returned to you. So I am left to reporting this scam. I looked up a phone number that says they cannot complete my call and it hangs up immediately XXX-XXX-XXXX. I finally saw all of the complaints and decided to put in a claim since they only give you 14 days to return an item with no way of getting in touch with them.

I would like to have a real opportunity to return this purchase and have my money put back on the original form of payment.

smartwatchs purchases on the Real Shop / Vista shop.I want to return.Customer Service was emailed.they will not respond within 14day return policy. Vistashop order #XXXXXXXX purchased 2 smart watches 1) # XXXXXXXXXXXX and X) XXXXXXXXXXXX paid a total of $ 58.00 plus tax & shipping for a total of $ 64.34 from the show The Real Shop on 11-07-2018. The purchase was paid by credit card. Delivered on 11-28-2018. I want to return them for a full refund. I followed the instruction on the website. I emailed them on XX-X-XXXX and on XX-XX-XXXX for notification and authorization to return the merchandise as required. They will not respond. There is a 14 day return deadline. If i send the merchandise back without notification and authorization then the package will be refused and returned to sender.
